SIPI and OIKI at Stainless Steel World 2025
Stainless Steel World 2025 came to a close yesterday after three packed days in Maastricht, reaffirming the importance of this event for the European stainless-steel industry. For SIPI and OIKI, it was a particularly meaningful edition; shaped by continuous discussions on strategic topics such as market outlooks and the evolving impact of CBAM.

“This year’s Stainless Steel World has been especially significant for us,” said Alessandro Bettuzzi, CEO of SIPI. “These have been three intense days filled with meetings and in-depth conversations on crucial issues such as the outlook of the European market and the role of CBAM. What I value most, however, is the contribution of our people. The OIKI & SIPI Synergy Team managed every aspect of our participation with great professionalism and care, showing how the collaboration between our companies, and between the individuals who shape them, is essential to our journey. My sincere thanks go to the suppliers, steel mills and customers from Italy and across Europe who visited us in Maastricht. The dialogue with them is what gives real meaning and direction to our work”.

At the heart of the experience were the people and the teamwork that united the two companies. The SIPI team, Federica Bonini and Gaia Bettuzzi, and the OIKI team, Federico Bettuzzi, Marco Pelati and Lidia Tarquini, worked side by side throughout the event, demonstrating what effective collaboration between the two organisations truly looks like.
The fair also proved to be a valuable opportunity to strengthen long-standing relationships while opening the door to new ones. SIPI and OIKI extend their warmest thanks to everyone who visited the stand and continues to place their trust in our work.
